"Since 2015, Practical Engineering has been collaborating with 000PC. When my business partner and I acquired Practical Engineering in 2019, continuing this partnership was an easy decision. Agricultural Requirements’ Experience with 000PC.

"At Ag Requirements in Gatton, both our General Manager and I, as Administration Manager, work directly with 000PC for all our IT needs. Over the past 12 months, we have completed two major projects with them: transitioning our primary accounting and payroll solutions, and decommissioning our old onsite server rack to migrate fully to 000PC’s private cloud.
We chose private cloud because during the testing we found that to run our environment on Azure, the cost was too expensive to get the performance we needed based on our budget.
We have nearly 35 computer users in our company, along with another 20 staff working on tools. 000PC worked tirelessly to ensure a zero-downtime migration. We operate six days a week, and they managed everything from EFTPOS and servers to a complete hardware refresh of all desktops and laptops.
The migration was so smooth that our staff didn’t even notice it had been completed, and only reported that it was faster once informed. Now that is what I call a migration.
000PC handles everything for us except our phone system, which is under contract with another provider, and our mobiles, as we support our local Telstra shop.
The team at 000PC are wizards and always ready to help. We plan to move our phones to them once our contract ends. Even though I feel guilty calling them for help when the system won’t balance, the till won’t open, or EFTPOS won’t print at close of business, they always smile down the phone and make us feel welcome.
Having our staff able to just call them direct is also a blessing as this has given myself and our management team our weekends back.
